Speedy’s Terms and Conditions

Speedy’s Quick Services maintains the Speedy’s.co.ae Website (“Site”). The following are the terms of use that govern the use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Speedy’s.co.ae privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Site. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. The Company will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use.

Payment

Speedy’s Quick Services accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in United Arab Emirates currency (AED) for their products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service provider. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Speedy’s Quick Services. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable. Speedy’s Quick Services may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges based on market requirements.

MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION:

The displayed price and currency selected by you will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Modifications to terms of service and service

Speedy’s Quick Services may change the terms and conditions of the Service from time to time. Upon any such change, The Company will notify the Customer by posting the changes to the site from which the Service was purchased. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Customer. Speedy’s Quick Services shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should they exercise their right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer’s use of the Service constitutes an affirmative agreement by Customer to abide and be bound by these Service Terms and its modifications.

Privacy Policy

Speedy’s Quick Services value the relationship they have with their customers and are committed to responsible information-handling practices. The Company takes great care in safeguarding your personal information and in complying with all applicable privacy laws and our own internal standards and best practices. As part of your interaction with Speedy’s Quick Services, they may collect personal information such as contact information, including name, address, phone number, e-mail address and image. They may use images of the customer in their premises or on their social media accounts for marketing purposes.

The customer has the full right to ask Speedy’s Quick Services to remove any photo placed on social media accounts or other marketing initiatives.

Speedy’s Quick Services may also contact customers periodically to inform them of company services and promotions. Customers can unsubscribe from those notifications at any point.

Customer’s responsibility to backup data

Customer agrees that prior to Speedy’s Quick Services servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, phone and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from Customer’s product. Customer agrees that whether or not Customer requests backup services from us. Speedy’s Quick Services shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.

Uncollected Products

If a customer does not claim his/her product within 30days of being contacted by Speedy’s Quick Services with an evaluation or after the product has been fixed and the customer has been informed of the same, they reserve the right to dispose of the device without being held liable or responsible. They will make attempts to contact the customer via call, SMS or email. If repeated attempts to do so have been unsuccessful they will discard the product. By using their service and therein accepting these terms, the customer forfeits his right to claim the product and or damages after the stipulated 30-day notice period. No refund on the service or value of the product will be made after the stipulated 30-day notice period.

Limitations to service

Speedy’s Quick Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. They reserve the right to refrain from providing the Services ordered and instead refund Customer’s payment, wholly or in part, on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other requirements of the Customer are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of the Service, as determined by Speedy’s Quick Services.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speedy’s Quick Services (and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any and all losses, costs, obligations, liabilities, damages, actions, suits, causes of action, claims, demands, liens, encumbrances, security interests, settlements, judgments, and other expenses, (including but not limited to cost of defense, settlement, and reasonable attorneys’ fees) of whatever type or nature, including, but not limited to, damage or destruction to property, injury (including death) to any person or persons, which are asserted against, incurred, imposed upon or suffered by them by reason of, or arising from: (a) Customer’s breach of this Agreement; (b) Customer’s actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property or contract right of any other person; (c) Customer’s actual or alleged failure to promptly pay sums due Speedy’s (d) Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations or ordinances; or (e) the acts or omissions of Customer (or its officers, directors, employees or agents).
