Speedy Technical Services value the relationship they have with their customers and are committed to responsible information-handling practices. The Company takes great care in safeguarding your personal information and in complying with all applicable privacy laws and our own internal standards and best practices. As part of your interaction with Speedy Technical Services, they may collect personal information such as contact information, including name, address, phone number, e-mail address and image. They may use images of the customer in their premises or on their social media accounts for marketing purposes.

The customer has the full right to ask Speedy Technical Services to remove any photo placed on social media accounts or other marketing initiatives.

Speedy Technical Services may also contact customers periodically to inform them of company services and promotions. Customers can unsubscribe from those notifications at any point.

Customer agrees that prior to Speedy Technical Services servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, phone and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from Customer’s product. Customer agrees that whether or not Customer requests backup services from us. Speedy Technical Services shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.

If a customer does not claim his/her product within 30days of being contacted by Speedy Technical Services with an evaluation or after the product has been fixed and the customer has been informed of the same, they reserve the right to dispose of the device without being held liable or responsible. They will make attempts to contact the customer via call, SMS or email. If repeated attempts to do so have been unsuccessful they will discard the product. By using their service and therein accepting these terms, the customer forfeits his right to claim the product and or damages after the stipulated 30-day notice period. No refund on the service or value of the product will be made after the stipulated 30-day notice period.

Speedy Technical Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. They reserve the right to refrain from providing the Services ordered and instead refund Customer’s payment, wholly or in part, on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other requirements of the Customer are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of the Service, as determined by Speedy Technical Services.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speedy Technical Services (and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any and all losses, costs, obligations, liabilities, damages, actions, suits, causes of action, claims, demands, liens, encumbrances, security interests, settlements, judgments, and other expenses, (including but not limited to cost of defense, settlement, and reasonable attorneys’ fees) of whatever type or nature, including, but not limited to, damage or destruction to property, injury (including death) to any person or persons, which are asserted against, incurred, imposed upon or suffered by them by reason of, or arising from: (a) Customer’s breach of this Agreement; (b) Customer’s actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property or contract right of any other person; (c) Customer’s actual or alleged failure to promptly pay sums due Speedy (d) Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations or ordinances; or (e) the acts or omissions of Customer (or its officers, directors, employees or agents).

• All original warranty will be void after the repair is done.
• Need to provide Emirates ID/passport during pickup and delivery to make sure it is the same customer.
• Waterproof/ water resistant functionalities will be disabled when the watch is open.
• 1-week exchange on a faulty product with proof of purchase.
• No warranty on items fixed.
• Service refund – In case the product is still not working or broken after the service is completed and Speedy technicians cannot repair the product, the service spare parts amount will be refunded.
• In case the repaired product does not work during the warranty period, Speedy will repair the fault free of charge.
• Other service refunds will be on a case to case basis upon investigation.
• Online order related issues need to be dealt with Speedy’s online team.
• Speedy Technical Services outlets won’t accept any product or services done through online.
• Speedy Technical Services will allocate pickup and delivery times upon availability.
• Customers are requested to raise a ticket through the online system or contact Speedy Technical Services on

• The customer can exchange within 7 days after delivery on faulty or damage products with proof of purchase.
• The exchange can be done only if the product is damage during delivery or manufacturing defects upon management approval.
• Need to provide Emirates ID/passport during delivery to make sure it is the same customer.
• The exchange can be done for the same item, value or above.
• If the product is out of stock after purchase the amount will be refunded.
• Online order related issues need to be dealt with Speedy’s online team.
• Speedy Technical Services outlets won’t accept any product or services done through online.

Service Inspection Fee:
The customer will be charged an initial inspection fee of AED 25 to be paid by the customer during the time of booking the service/services, the amount will deduct from the final total Quotation/invoice amount.

Customer will be charged AED 25 if the cancellation is after the product has been picked up. Full service fees will be applicable if the repair/ service has been completed. Request to cancel the service will not be permitted on the scheduled day of product pickup. Any service cancellation request before the scheduled day of product pickup has to be made by the customer by contacting Speedy Technical Services on

Speedy reserve the rights to amend these policies depending on the requirements.

A standard AED 10 amount will be charged for pickup and delivery. Pickup and delivery timings are:
Monday to Saturday:

•  10:30 am – 2:30 pm
• 3:30 – 6:30 pm

No pickup or delivery will be made on Sunday and any order placed on Sunday will be processed the next working day.

Speedy Technical services makes no warranty or representation of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranty of title or non-infringement or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violation of rights in relation to the availability, accuracy, validity, reliability or content of these pages and/or the site. Company also does not make any representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information that is submitted, displayed or uploaded to the site by any user. Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and lost profits or for business interruption arising out of the use of or inability to use this site, even if Speedy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The liability of Speedy would in such case be limited to the greatest extent of liability permitted by law.

Speedy Technical services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of customer’s transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if Speedy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages on some of the above limitations may not apply to each customer.limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The liability of Speedy would in such case be limited to the greatest extent of liability permitted by law.

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Speedy Technical Services controls this Site from the U.A.E. The company makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

Speedy Technical Services will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific.

By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to Speedy through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Speedy Technical Services to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by Speedy to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Speedy Technical Services. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and policies and rules.

If you use the Speedy Technical Services Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain Speedy Technical Services prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. The company will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.

Speedy Technical Services may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. If you submit information to this Site, you warrant that the information does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties.

Although Speedy Technical Services is not responsible for the content, quality or accuracy of data provided by users, compilations of such data, text, information and other materials made available to users through their system. The On-line Materials are Speedy Technical Services intellectual property and are protected by U.A.E. and international intellectual property laws. The On-line Materials may not be copied or redistributed either in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the company, except as expressly and specifically permitted under these Terms of Use.

The On-line Materials are and will remain the exclusive property of Speedy Technical Services. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the On-line Materials will be and remain vested solely in Speedy Technical Services. Under no circumstances will you have any right, directly or indirectly, to own, use, copy, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, redistribute, assign or otherwise convey the Online Materials, or any rights thereto, except as expressly and specifically provided in the Terms of Use. At the company’s request, you must execute, or obtain the execution of, any instrument that may be necessary to assign these rights, titles or interests to the company or perfect these rights, titles or interests in the company’s name.

You understand and agree that in Speedy Technical Services sole discretion, and without prior notice, the company may terminate your access to the Site, or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized user information, if the company believes that the information you provide has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use, or violates the rights of the company, or any third party, or violates the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to the company for violations of these Terms of Use and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. The company may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena.

You agree to indemnify and hold Speedy Technical Services, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site, or your breach of the Terms of Use.

The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for ensuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. Speedy Technical Services is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.

If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
