• All original warranty will be void after the repair is done.
• Need to provide Emirates ID/passport during pickup and delivery to make sure it is the same customer.
• Waterproof/ water resistant functionalities will be disabled when the watch is open.
• 1-week exchange on a faulty product with proof of purchase.
• No warranty on items fixed.
• Service refund – In case the product is still not working or broken after the service is completed and Speedy’s technicians cannot repair the product, the service spare parts amount will be refunded.
• In case the repaired product does not work during the warranty period, Speedy’s will repair the fault free of charge.
• Other service refunds will be on a case to case basis upon investigation.
• Online order related issues need to be dealt with Speedy’s’ online team.
• Speedy’s Quick Services outlets won’t accept any product or services done through online.
• Speedy’s Quick Services will allocate pickup and delivery times upon availability.

Product Terms & Policy

• The customer can exchange within 7 days after delviery on faulty or damage products with proof of purchase.
• The exchange can be done only if the product is damage during delivery or manufacutring defects upon management approval.

Service Inspection Fee –

The customer will be charged an initial inspection fee of AED 25 to be paid by the customer during the time of booking the service/services, the amount will deduct from the final total Quotation/invoice amount.
